📦 Packaging & Responsibility

Customers are requested to pack products securely when returning them to us for any reason. Any damage incurred during transit while sending items back is the customer’s responsibility, and any associated costs will also be borne by the customer.

🔁 Exchange Policy

You are eligible for an exchange only if:

If you simply don’t like the color, design, or size, unfortunately, no exchange or return will be applicable in such cases.

Exchange Request Window: 3 days from the date of delivery.
After 3 days, we are unable to process any exchange requests.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.

Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer and vary depending on product weight and location. Our team will inform you of the exact return charges.

For products valued above ₹1000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

If the exchanged product needs to be replaced again, additional charges will apply. Charges vary based on location and product weight.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Any product not in original condition, damaged, or with missing parts not due to our error
Items returned after the 3-day window
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged

💳 Refunds

Refunds are not applicable.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges are processed in case of manufacturing defects or wrong products.
