To maintain quality and ensure a smooth return or exchange experience, we request all customers to strictly follow the guidelines for any purchase done with Shopiepanda.

 

✅ Mandatory Guidelines:

🎥 Unboxing Video Required for All Products
A complete unboxing video is mandatory to raise any concern regarding damage, defect, or wrong product.
The video must show the sealed parcel being opened fully until the product is clearly visible.
Without a proper unboxing video, no return, refund, or exchange will be processed.

 

Category-Specific Guidelines:

Watches:

• If the watch has a metal strap, do not remove the protective plastic film on the strap if you intend to raise an issue.
• Once the plastic wrap is removed, the product is considered used and non-returnable.

 

🎧 

Earbuds:

• Must be returned unopened and unused due to hygiene concerns.
• Opened or used earbuds will not be accepted under any condition.

Shades/Sunglasses:

• Must be returned in original condition with all covers and tags intact.
• Scratched or used items will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Wallets & Belts:

• Products must be unused and returned with original tags, packaging, and without any scratches, creases, or signs of wear.
• Any used or tampered wallet or belt will be rejected for return.

 

Final Policy:

• No Returns will be accepted once the product is used, worn, or packaging is damaged.
• Unboxing video is the only valid proof to support a claim.
• All returns/exchanges are subject to approval by our quality team.
